People need to be able to take responsibility for their own mental and emotional health. The key to allowing this to happen is for management to be prepared to address what currently remains somewhat of a stigma in the workplace.

Well-being in the workplace represents a cultural shift as companies increasingly try to improve their working environments and the performance of their employees.
